Associate Software Developer - OpenTempo Associate Software Developers are responsible for building features for OpenTempo’s web and mobile products. They will work closely with peers around the company to design and develop features for our medical scheduling web, mobile, and web service applications.
Integration Development Manager - The Integration Development Manager is responsible for product planning and product development activities for the OpenTempo API, core policies, core scripting, core reporting, core 3rd party integrations, and the reporting schema. Working closely with Service, Product Management, and Sales, this person represents the Integration Development team by providing feature input, design, time estimates, and feature release planning.
Lead Software Developer - Lead Software Developers are responsible for building features for OpenTempo’s web and mobile products. The Lead Software Developer will work closely with peers around the company to design and develop features for our medical scheduling web, mobile, and web service applications.
Product Owner - Product Owners are responsible for ensuring the usability, delivery, and completeness of the OpenTempo solution by representing both internal stakeholders and the voice of the customer. They are accountable for ensuring that the development team delivers value to the business by considering the product from the perspective of its users and the goals of the business.
Senior DevOps Engineer - The Senior DevOps Engineer is a system manager and cloud operations expert taking the lead in developing, managing and migrating services in our cloud environments. Cloud administrators manage and support the infrastructure which runs our SAAS web and mobile products.
Senior Integration Developer - Full-time programmer working within our Integration Development team. This team works directly with both our customers and Service team to design and build custom scripts, reports, and integrations.
Senior Software Developer - OpenTempo Senior Software Developers are responsible for building features for OpenTempo’s web and mobile products. They will work closely with peers around the company to design and develop features for our medical scheduling web, mobile, and web service applications.
Software Quality Analyst - The OpenTempo Software Quality Analyst (SQA) is responsible for ensuring the quality, performance, usability, and stability of OpenTempo software features and core integrations. The SQA will work with the Software Quality Leader (SQL) to implement technologies and processes that will test, monitor, and guarantee the quality of our product.
Director of Sales - The Director of Sales position will be responsible for delivering new business sales to OpenTempo by managing sales related activities and sales goals. This position will also work closely with all other departments of OpenTempo to ensure a high-quality customer experience. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales.
Implementations Project Manager - The Implementations Project Manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, control and completion of implementation projects while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments and goals of the client and OpenTempo teams.
Implementation Specialist - The Implementation Specialist will manage and execute the configuration and deployment of a new practice or department per best practices and within the project time-frame established by the Management Consultant and Director of Client Operations.
Services Consultant - Services Consultants work directly with OpenTempo clients to provide training for new and existing schedulers, diagnose problems within our cloud-based workforce optimization platform for healthcare, and provide creative solutions for each.
Support Analyst - Support Analysts work directly with OpenTempo clients to provide real-time support and training for new and existing administrators, diagnose problems within our cloud-based workforce optimization platform for healthcare, and provide creative solutions.
