Associate Software Developer - OpenTempo Associate Software Developers are responsible for building features for OpenTempo’s web and mobile products. They will work closely with peers around the company to design and develop features for our medical scheduling web, mobile, and web service applications.
Cloud Systems Engineer - The Cloud Systems Engineer is a system manager and cloud operations expert taking the lead in developing, managing and migrating services in our cloud environments. They manage and support the infrastructure which runs our SAAS web and mobile products. Cloud Systems Engineers will also be responsible for managing our office IT infrastructure and cloud hosted applications that support our daily business and workflow. In addition to these responsibilities, Cloud Systems Engineer oversee our build/deploy pipeline and ensure our product can be delivered to development, test, QA, and production server environments.
DevOps Engineer - The DevOps Engineer is a system manager and cloud operations expert taking the lead in developing, managing and migrating services in our cloud environments. Cloud administrators manage and support the infrastructure which runs our SAAS web and mobile products.
Finance Accountant - The Finance Accountant plays a crucial role in handling day to day activities of our accounting department. Responsibilities comprise a wide range of accounting duties and functions including working closely with peers around the company as well as our external customers. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are a must, as well as the willingness to work hard and show results in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Director of Sales - The Director of Sales position will be responsible for delivering new business sales to OpenTempo by managing sales related activities and sales goals. This position will also work closely with all other departments of OpenTempo to ensure a high-quality customer experience. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales.
Associate Implementation Specialist - The Associate Implementation Specialist will execute the configuration and support the deployment of a new practice or department per best practices and within the project timeframe established by the Lead Implementation Specialist and Project Manager.
Senior Implementations Project Manager - The Senior Implementations Project Manager is a key leader within both implementations and OpenTempo, guiding both external and internal teams to successful definitions of done. Responsible for the direction, coordination and control of large implementation projects, this individual will complete implementation projects ensuring alignment with the strategy, commitments and goals of the client and OpenTempo teams.
Services Consultant - Services Consultants work directly with OpenTempo clients to provide training for new and existing schedulers, diagnose problems within our cloud-based workforce optimization platform for healthcare, and provide creative solutions for each.
