Associate Software Developer - OpenTempo Associate Software Developers are responsible for building features for OpenTempo’s web and mobile products. They will work closely with peers around the company to design and develop features for our medical scheduling web, mobile, and web service applications.
Business Intelligence Insights Developer - A BI Insights Developer is responsible for building, maintaining, and supporting OpenTempo’s Insights Business Intelligence platform hosted in GoodData. The BI Developer should demonstrate skills with business analysis and analytics. He or she should be an excellent communicator, have business acumen and problem-solving aptitude.
Senior Cloud Systems Engineer - The Senior Cloud Systems Engineer is a system manager and cloud operations expert taking the lead in developing, managing and migrating services in our cloud environments. They manage and support the infrastructure which runs our SAAS web and mobile products. Cloud Systems Engineers will also be responsible for managing our office IT infrastructure and cloud hosted applications that support our daily business and workflow. In addition to these responsibilities, Cloud Systems Engineer oversee our build/deploy pipeline and ensure our product can be delivered to development, test, QA, and production server environments.
Lead Business Intelligence Insights Developer - A Lead BI Insights Developer is responsible for building, maintaining, and supporting OpenTempo’s Insights Business Intelligence platform. The BI Developer should have significant experience with business analysis and analytics and be able to help us solve our customers’ biggest data challenges.
Senior DevOps Engineer - The Senior DevOps Engineer is a system manager and cloud operations expert taking the lead in developing, managing and migrating services in our cloud environments. Cloud administrators manage and support the infrastructure which runs our SAAS web and mobile products.
Senior Integration Developer - Full-time programmer working within our Integration Development team. This team works directly with both our customers and Service team to design and build custom scripts, reports, and integrations.
Senior Software Developer - OpenTempo Senior Software Developers are responsible for building features for OpenTempo’s web and mobile products. They will work closely with peers around the company to design and develop features for our medical scheduling web, mobile, and web service applications.
QA Automation Engineer - OpenTempo QA Automation Engineers are responsible for ensuring the quality, performance, usability, and stability of OpenTempo’s web, mobile, and core integration products. QA Automation Engineers are involved throughout the development lifecycle, focusing on the development and implementation of test automation scripts and test automation tools.
Finance Accountant - The Finance Accountant plays a crucial role in handling day to day activities of our accounting department. Director of Sales - The Director of Sales position will be responsible for delivering new business sales to OpenTempo by managing sales related activities and sales goals. Client Success Manager - Core - The Client Success Manager – Core is accountable for retaining clients, building client loyalty, and for maximizing the value provided by OpenTempo products and services. To achieve these aims, the CSM must collaboratively set business performance objectives with clients, measure deployment outcomes and key performance indicators, derive actionable insights from production data, and identify clear opportunities to expand OpenTempo’s impact.
Services Consultant - Services Consultants work directly with OpenTempo clients to provide training for new and existing schedulers, diagnose problems within our cloud-based workforce optimization platform for healthcare, and provide creative solutions for each.
Support Analyst - Support Analysts work directly with OpenTempo clients to provide real-time support and training for new and existing administrators, diagnose problems within our cloud-based workforce optimization platform for healthcare, and provide creative solutions.
