In August of 2018, KLAS Research published their Physician Scheduling 2018 Report and OpenTempo took a hard look at the feedback provided in the report. We value KLAS as a partner, and we continue to focus on developing the best physician scheduling product in the market and on being a trusted partner to all our clients.
During the ensuing months since the report was published, we have focused on addressing the concerns and interests expressed in the report and have actively engaged with our customers to identify opportunities for development and improvement.
I am excited to say that the investments in the areas of client success, development, training, and client communications are paying off. Over the past year, OpenTempo has achieved an 8.6% improvement in our client ratings on the KLAS website.
We are also seeing positive feedback on technology developments that were made in 2017 and early 2018 and are now being realized and experienced by our clients. Specifically, our new mobile application, and investments in backend server performance driving increased user satisfaction. We are pleased to see this client experience now reflected in the KLAS Research as well.
We are and will continue to invest our efforts and resources in making our product, company, and community the best that it can be, delivering a superior physician scheduling solution to the market that supports our customer's success.
